Born on November 9, 1987, in Kyiv. Married, has a daughter.


2004-2009 -  graduated from National Aviation University. Obtained a Master’s Degree in "Information Security with Limited Access and Automation of its Processing".

2010 - completed program "Politics and Society: Cooperation between Political Parties and NGOs", International Leadership Academy (IAF, Friedrich Naumann Foundation) Gummersbach, Germany.

Professional activity:

2006-2014 -  technical specialist, information systems integrator, a private entrepreneur in telecommunications, and energy-saving fields.

2014- 2015 - adviser to the Head of the Kyiv City State Administration.

2016-2017 - adviser to the Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Leading Specialist, Department of Youth Policy of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.

2017 - headed the first Ukrainian delegation of the Japanese government’s program "The Ship for World Youth Leaders" program.

2017-2020 - the founder and the head of a number of private commercial structures in Ukraine and in the EU e-commerce, IT, and manufacturing fields.
