The Ministry of Health within the framework of the programs of the president of Ukraine “Big Construction” and “Healthy Ukraine” begins the process of development of large regional adult and children's clinical hospitals. We are taking on the largest changes in the healthcare sector of Ukraine in all the years of independence. This was stated by the minister of Health Viktor Liashko.

“We strive to provide access to high-quality and safe medical services and high-precision medicine for every Ukrainian. The Ministry of Health is changing the approach to equipping hospitals and updating equipment in accordance with European standards. As the human development strategy suggests”, Viktor Liashko said.

In 2023, each oblast will be able to independently conduct urgent and complex operations, provide first-class emergency care, and save more lives.

We remind that the construction of the regional multi-field hospital in Kramatorsk has already begun. This medical institution will not only increase the level of health care in the Donetsk oblast, but also provide high-quality highly specialized medical care to residents of the adjacent territories of Luhansk and Kharkiv oblasts. The project provides for the creation of a powerful consulting and diagnostic unit in the hospital, with high-precision medical equipment, designed for 600 visits per shift. Inpatient care is planned to be provided in 19 departments with a total fund of 600 beds.
