The Ministry of Health of Ukraine signed a decree to postpone the certification of doctors.

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine has signed a decree to postpone  for the period of quarantine the doctors’ certification for confirming the knowledge and practical skills according to their categories: "Doctor the Specialist", “Pharmacist the Specialist". This was mentioned during a briefing of the Deputy Minister of Health Iryna Mikichak. Medical workers don't need to worry that their certification has expired, and due to the epidemic, they can not renew it.

“All medical workers who were involved in providing medical care during the epidemic of coronavirus infection will receive 50 points for continuous professional development. This is one more way to say “Thank you” to the medical staff for their job by the Ministry of Health. Also, we postponed the licensed medical exams “STEP” for medical students and interns to the second half of June, "- said Iryna Mykychak. The Deputy Minister also mentioned that on May 21, the Ministry signed an order that approves the equipment list for emergency or emergency departments of multidisciplinary hospitals. "This will regulate and provide each admission department with appropriate medical equipment," - Iryna Mykychak added.

Earlier the Minister of Health of Ukraine Maksym Stepanov appealed to the region administration for activation and managing  questions about immunization according to the vaccination calendar.
