REPORT CORRUPTION

You can report a case of corruption by making a phone call or sending an email message containing reliable and verifiable information about a suspected case of abuse of power by civil servants representing the structural units of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, or public officials and officers of the legal entities involved in management of the MoH activities.

REPORT A CORRUPTION-RELATED OFFENSE

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine guarantees the receipt and proper handling of reports on suspected corruption from individuals who in good faith provide information on alleged corruption-related offenses and other violations of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Prevention of Corruption’. Upon reasonable belief that the information is accurate and reliable, any employee of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine has the right to report a case of violation of any of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Prevention of Corruption’ by any person. All individuals who assist in preventing and combating corruption are protected by the State under current legislation.

You can report a case of corruption by making a phone call or sending an email message containing reliable and verifiable information about a particular case of abuse of power by civil servants representing the structural units of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, or public officials and officers of the legal entities involved in management of the work of the MoH office.

All reports shall be handled by the Sector for Corruption Risk Assessment and Management of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in full compliance with all legal requirements.
