During the martial law, foreign doctors can be involved in a work in Ukrainian health care institutions. The corresponding order was signed by the Health Minister Viktor Liashko.

According to this order, the heads of health care institutions can voluntarily allow foreign doctors and other medical workers as well as stateless persons staying in Ukraine on legal grounds to provide assistance to victims entering healthcare institutions, provided they have documents which confirm the appropriate education and professional qualification.
